THE STUDIO
The history of the studio
The Nassebian Studio was founded in 1937, only 2 years after the foundation of Studio Masr in TALAAT HARB; and included one set, recording hall, and laboratory and montage department. The Nassebian studio had produced 145 films and quickly took its place in the Egyptian cinema and provably even in the global cinema production of the time.

The Nassebian El-Nahda Studio has a video unit which consists of:

- Sony.8m Cam
- Stands of Cameras
The cameras are used in the documentation in the activities of the association, and also to help young researchers to have the chance to make movies which suit the mission of the association, with minimum cost.

Movies produced in the studio
- “The Hurricane” - Walleed MARZOUK and “Happened with the war” - OLFAT: in cooperation with the foundation Brohlvestia (The Swiss cultural foundation), these movies belong to six movies realized by young directors.
- “Egypt is Fine” produced by the secretariat of Catholic Schools.
- “ST. George” by Hala LOTFY.
- “1967”, produced by El Menia University, College of Science.
- “Israeli Violence in Jenin”, in English.
- “The Wonderful Suitcase”, animation movie, produced by the El Nahda Association.
- “The March” in collaboration with the Jesuit association in El Menia (fathers and brothers).
- “The Time Gone” by Karim HANFY, the association El Nahda produced this short film and assumed the complete financing of it.
- “School of Attention” by RAUOF El Shetwy, documentary film about education.
- Participation in the organization of the Cairo Film Festival of Independent Cinema with: “The Declaration”, “Entering the Bathroom”, “Still”, “In His Face”, “Mebasbasati”, “The Ladder”, “The chat”, “Long Live Egypt”.
