مقدمة :

نظرا لقلة الكوادر العلمانية وغياب الصف الثانى أو تغيبة وبناء على ندرة مثل هذه القيادات الشابة فى المؤسسات القائمة خاصة المؤسسات التى نعرفها وهى مؤسسات عملاقة ولها تاريخ عريق فى التنمية بكل أبعادها ونظرا لظهور الكثير من المراكز والجمعيات ومنها جمعيتنا الوليدة واحتياجها لكوادر لديها رؤية واضحة للعالم والتحديات التى تفرضها علينا الظروف الداخلية والخارجية كما ولابد أن يكون لديها من مهارات القيادة المبنية على روح الفريق ومعرفة آليات ومهارات كيفية إدارة الأزمات ومقاومة الضغوط لتحافظ على حيويتها وهويتها ومبادئها مع قدر من المرونة لا يتنافى مع مبادئها رأينا أنه من المفيد خاصة وأنه من أغراض الجمعية أن نخوض التجربة على غرار مركز الإسكندرية لدراسات البحر المتوسط ومركز الدراسات الحرة بجمعية الجيزويت والفرير بالمنيا مما يمكنا من التواصل والاندماج من خلال القاهرة – الإسكندرية – المنيا
